Although its title includes "CS6", the software is not included as part of Adobe's Creative Suite package. InCopy is now sold as a retail package, and may be ordered from Adobe, third party plug-in developers, or systems integrators. After the announcement of the move from Adobe Creative Suite to Adobe Creative Cloud, InCopy CS was listed as InCopy CC, implying it will be included with the Creative Cloud update in June 2013.
